This is the appeal to the abolitionists worldwide to write to the Japanese Minister of Justice asking her not to sign the order for Mr. Yamano's execution.
In October 2001, Mr. Yamano has submitted an appeal for retrial to the Osaka Regional Court, but Mr. Yamano, his family members and friends are anxious about an imminent execution. His support group is continuously asking the Osaka Regional Court to immediately review his case.
