Information Technology(IT) was a by-product which had been brought forth as a result of vast investment
amounting to two thousand billions dollars for warlike industries of U.S.A.. Nowaday, without IT all kinds of
industries and financial agencies could not be organized well. We know now in the times that condition of engins
of flying jetaircraft or rocket jumping into universe are diagnosed from the ground. IT is also a tool inevitable for us
for reading, writing and counting. Attitude to take uncertain on IT might bring a large loss upon not only an
individual and society but also nation, too.
